I do believe that I have an idea about an AI but I need more brain power to prove it and implement. Now hear this:
As I study neural network I found out that what created or the cause a neural network to simulate (forgive me for the use of word simulate because neural network Is far from the true working of the brain) the brain is the communication of neurons. Upon my intense imagination and study I also found out that what created civilization is a communication of individual human. And thus created this vision like realization:
That intelligence might be the cause of constant communication of specialization.
Let's talk about human, communication and specialization. A single neuron is a simple calculating unit of the brain. The neuron has the ability to change itself to suffice what is lacking in the group. I mean the neuron has the ability to adapt. But in the animal brain only the young neuron has the ability to adapt called stem cells. Well, enough with this neuron thing we're not doctors.
But what is the most important is that, these simple neurons communicate each other. This neuron has a direct line to all the Neurons they could connect. It's like having a direct line to all the people in your city and each line is dedicated.
And why are the neurons use communication? The reason is because neurons needed help to another neurons.
They can't do it in their own. As the neurons group together, a problem occurs. A massive connection slows the communication because of collisions and distortion. So this neurons only limit themselves to an efficient group (level 1), specialized for a purpose. Other neurons also do the same. Then, these groups communicate each other to find help and use other group of neurons ability. But as the human problems got bigger this group becomes larger to a brink of inefficiency, thus limit the group size in communication and forms a specialize groups. Let's call this group level 2. And again level two communicate to other level 2s. But again as the human problems got bigger. And at the same time it is also impossible to make the human head bigger because it will slow early humans for hunting animals. So the solution is that this early humans group themselves and COMMUNICATE, but not so efficient, thus creating a tribe. But again the problem of human got bigger but so as their language improved. So this tribe group themselves to form a civilization. Years past each civilization has a very inefficient communication thus creating friction, misunderstanding and wars. But as the language improved a lot, people could express more clearly to other people. The work is divided. They create schools to pass information to young human (young neurons, stem cells) who are more adaptable. Thus creating more specialist that communicate to other specialist to create other means of communication. And
in the modern day, they come up with the internet, which link our world. Thus creating great advancement in a sinister way.

Well my friend. What I am trying to say that if we create the ultimate AI we make a simple calculating unit communicate. And group this unit into several groups and let it communicate to form a higher intelligence. And so on. But how? The problem with neural network is that doesn't treat links as communication. They only focus more on the structure of the links.Can we create a calculating unit that can communicate? And has the ability to adapt?
